As a resident of the Region of Epirus, will I need to visit a branch of the Cooperative Bank of Epirus, in order to obtain a service or to provide information?
You can use the e-banking service and the Bank ATMs, even over the telephone, or you can send as an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
However, in some cases a visit to a branch may be required. If you are not able to do so, we will always provide you with an alternative solution.

What should I do if the cash machine does not give me cash, in spite of available balance?
Please contact your bank - preferably on the next working day - in order to confirm whether the amount has been debited to your account.
If the amount has been debited but you have nor received the cash, your bank may submit a request on your behalf.
For Cooperative Bank customers, we are able to make a request two working days after your notification. The reason for this waiting period is that certain ATM transactions may take an extra day before appearing on your accounts - which means that your balance may be corrected until then.
As soon as the investigation is completed and your request is confirmed, the bank will credit your account within one working day.
If you claim is rejected upon investigation by the ATM provider, the amount will be debited to your account. If this happens, we will provide you with a 7-days prior notice. This process may take up to 15 working days, depending on the time required to complete the investigation.
What should I do if the ATM withholds my card?
Please contact your bank and notify them immediately. They will cancel your card and issue you a new one.
Unfortunately, international regulations prohibit the return of the card.
How can I change the font size in my browser?
In order to change font size, you can simply follow the steps below, depending on your browser:
From the Tools menu, select “Zoom” and choose among the predetermined values or percentage changes. The default is 100%.
From the “View”menu, select “Zoom” and choose among the 'Zoom in', 'Zoom out', 'Reset' or 'Zoom only text' options.
From the “Google Chrome Adjustment and Control” menu, select “Zoom” and chose among predetermined percentage values or changes. The default is 100%.

If you are a debit card holder, can you request to be exempted from this transaction feature?
If you want to be exempted from the contactless function of your debit card, please contact the nearest Bank branch.
Can I make a contactless transaction abroad?
Depending on the merchant. This technology is already available to many other countries and, in some, it is the expected payment method for low value transactions.
If you see the contactless sign, you will be able to use your card in this manner. If not, you can still use the Chip & PIN feature where the VISA sign is displayed.
