Remittances

You can choose to send remittances easily and securely in one of the following manners:

1) Remittance through an Epirus Bank branch

Visit one of the Epirus Bank branches in order to send remittances to bank accounts abroad and in Greece with security, direction from our specialized personnel and at a competitive price, depending on the amount remitted and the country.

2) Remittance through the Epirus e-banking

Through the Epirus e-Banking you can transfer money to another account in the Bank, in other banks in Greece and abroad, taking advantage of the low prices and the high security of transactions.

Important note:

  • The Bank may request supporting documentation for sending the remittance, in order to pay your obligations with security.
  • The service is offered subject to the applicable capital controls.

Safety Boxes

You can store personal articles of high monetary or sentimental value in the 180 safety boxes located in the Averof St. Central Branch (12, Averof St., Ioannina).

You or your authorized representatives can access the safety boxes subject to strict security rules and absolute discretion.

Safety boxes can be used only on the following days and hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 14:00
  • Friday: 07:30 - 13:30

Standing Orders

Take advantage of standing orders in order to plan and pay your bills and your regular debts in a timely and automated manner, saving time and avoiding delays.

Set up the payments you want to make with a standing order and they will be carried out on the date you have set.

You can set up your standing orders electronically, through the Epirus e-banking, or at a branch, providing the bill you want to pay.

Standing order for your payments

You can pay bills in all basic payment categories with a standing order, such as:

  • Epirus Bank credit card.
  • Power/Telephony/Water bills.
  • Insurance companies.
  • Government.
  • Bills to companies providing services.

Money transfers standing order

Money transfers executed regularly can be performed with a standing order:

  • To Epirus Bank accounts.
  • To other Banks in Greece.
  • To other Banks abroad.

Automatic Bill Payment Standing Orders as well as Direct Payments are carried out at minimum or zero cost.
