Mr. Ioannis Vougioukas was appointed Chief Executive Officer at Epirus Bank Cooperative in June 2019. 

He has over thirty five years’ experience in financial sector and especially in corporate banking and NPE’s secondary market: Has held positions of great responsibility in the major systemic banks in Greece and the Balkans (National Bank of Greece, Piraeus Bank, Eurobank, Postbank, EBR Leasing Bulgaria) and in NPE servicing companies (B2Kapital, DV01 Asset management).

He holds an MBA degree from Kingston University.
